Perfect Pushup, Ab Wheel, Bicycle, Jump rope and running shoes. These are all of the items that have recently been introduced to my daily routine. I must say that out of all of them, the perfect pushup was the one that hurt the most. My chest is still super tight and it’s been like 3 days since I did the initial exercise.
