Crazy Happenings. I was at Lori’s Cousin’s Wedding and I pulled out Lil Flip to take some videos. Slight problem, when I would turn on the Flip Cam it would just stay at the Logo Screen. It also wouldn’t turn off, I had to take the batteries out to turn it off and when I did this you could still see the Logo on the screen. Oh well I’ll just have to try and fix it when I get home. Oops I forgot it in Lori’s car so that was another week before I could fix it. I looked online and found no one having the same problem as me. I opened a support topic on the flip website and after a day or so I got a reply saying to try reinstalling the Cams software. They sent me a link but it was to an old version of the software. Weird. So I found the newest software and installed it and turned it on and booo, nothing changed. I let it sit for a week or so on my desk. I contemplated emailing them back and saying that it didn’t help but I didn’t. Yesterday I saw it sitting there and I was like “What the Tech” I might as well try and Bada Bing it brought me to the date and time input screen. I was so happy to see that screen you don’t even know. I had barely used the Flip and still wanted to make many more videos. I just want to thank the Tech gods for letting Lil flip live for another day.
